Senior Care Assistant (Nights) - Required for our brand-new luxury care home ‘Carpenders Park', Part of The Country Court FamilyHours: Nights, 44 Hours per week, working weekends on rota (Shift Times 2000-0800)Carpenders Park Care Home located in Watford and accommodates up to 76 residents. Your responsibilities will include:Aiding residents emotional well-being and social needsAdministration and monitoring of medications to residents.Supporting residents at meals timeMentor & assist new employees.Implement, monitor and review care plans to meet residents specific needs.Plan, allocate & supervise the work of the team of care assistants*This is not intended as an exhaustive description of duties, please see the job description for full details.
