Summary
About the role
This is an exciting opportunity in our Insurable Risk team, providing vital support across claims management, data analysis, and administrative processes. You\'ll play a key role in maintaining accurate records, coordinating sensitive information requests, and supporting the delivery of risk management services to the business.
You will be responsible for
- Providing Best in Class Claims Defensibility Support
- Supporting the Casualty Management Team with reporting for key stakeholders
- Processing incoming and outgoing post for specific business entities
- Facilitating claims related sensitive information requests
- Maintaining the insurance, claims and risk management information system
- Supporting with the collection and analysis of the data required for renewal
- Facilitating the distribution of insurance certificates
- Supporting the Management Team with contract approvals and risk management advice
- Working alongside the other IR Technicians in supporting the team with general administration support
You will need
- Basic Insurance Knowledge
- MOJ Portal Regulations
- Injury Reporting Systems experience
- Experience of Claims handling
- Intermediate MS-Office skills, especially Excel
