Summary
The Homesearch Scheme facilitates and manages the common housing register in Monmouthshire for applicants looking for an affordable home to either rent or buy in partnership with the local authority and four other housing associations.
The Homesearch Team is looking for a Homesearch Officer to join our busy team. Your excellent customer service skills will enable you to efficiently coordinate communications with the team by phone, email, and live chat to provide housing advice and assistance to applicants. You will also have the ability to prioritise workloads, assess housing applications, shortlist properties, and provide statistical and analytical data on behalf of the partnership.
Duration: The post is fixed term until 12 June 2026.
Base: Hybrid working - Office and Home.
Hours: 18.5 hours per week (Wednesday 1pm – 5pm, Thursday 9am – 5pm & Friday 9pm – 4:30pm).
