“I enjoy the variety that every day brings, the different needs and the rewarding feeling I get at the end of a shift knowing I've helped them to be more comfortable and independent in their own homes.“
About you:
As an hourly carer, you’ll provide support, companionship, and personal care to clients in Oxfordshire, helping them live independently in their own homes. Your duties will include personal care, household tasks, supporting mobility, and running errands like shopping or collecting prescriptions therefore a licence with access to your own vehicle is essential! Local knowledge is a plus as you’ll help clients stay connected with their community.
We’re committed to diversity and inclusivity, believing it drives excellence and reflects the communities we serve. We’ve proudly launched our Neurodiversity and LGBTQ+ steering groups to further promote inclusivity and welcome applications from all backgrounds and experiences.
Please note any successful applicants for this role will be required to complete an Enhanced DBS and PVG check for working with adults. It is a criminal offence for people who are barred from working in Regulated Activity (under the Safeguarding and Vulnerable groups Act 2006) to apply for roles that require them to work unsupervised with that particular group.
