Job: Support worker
Location: North Lanarkshire{Motherwell, Bellshill, Coatbridge and Airdrie }
Full time/ Part time
Salary: competitive.
As a support worker you will be working as part of a focused team maintaining the personal needs of our clients, respecting their dignity and promoting their independence at all times.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Assisting with daily living activities.
Provide essential care and support within a client's home. Tasks include personal care-bathing, dressing, grooming.
Helping with meal preparation and household tasks.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Supporting with medication.
Provide support with mobility.
Encouraging independence and promoting well being.
Working closely with individuals , families and healthcare professionals;
What we looking for;
kind, reliable, Compassionate and empathetic nature.
Excellent communication and team work skills.
Previous Experience is beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
A full UK driving license .
