We're looking for Care Workers to support individuals in their own homes, helping them to live independently and with dignity. Whether you're experienced or new to care, we offer full training and a supportive team environment.
Your Role Will Include:
-Supporting with personal care (washing, dressing, continence care)
-Assisting with medication
-Preparing meals and supporting hydration/nutrition
-Helping with household tasks such as laundry and cleaning
-Providing companionship and social support
-Supporting with shopping, appointments, and community access

Ability to work flexibly, including some evenings or weekends
A driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred (but not essential for all routes)
