This Senior Digital Director's Support Manager plays a key role in supporting the Head of Office to manage the ever changing, challenging and business critical CDIO office and lead a team of support colleagues in providing an efficient and consistent service across not only the CDIO but the wider DWP Digital Senior Leadership Team.

This role will require you to act as the critical bridge between CDIO and Senior Civil Servants within the Department and cross- government/External Partners. You will play an integral role in managing ministerial submission process on behalf of CDIO, to ensure key digital/DWP colleagues are played in to contribute towards submissions of a high standard which is fit for purpose.

As this role will involve direct line management responsibility in a very high demanding and busy CDIO office, good time management and leadership skills are essential, along with a passion for developing and delivering through others. You will be helping them to shape and meet team objectives and improve ways of working, ensuring there is an efficient and consistent level of support for all of the Senior Leaders within Digital Group.
