Summary
To provide a confidential, comprehensive, efficient, effective and timely Contract Data management to the the South West London Procurement Provider.
The role will support the running of the day-to-day contracts data workstream as well as the Senior Management admin requirements for high level meetings and processes.
This is an exciting time for the SWLPP Team, and we are currently:
• Working with colleagues from across the Partnership to develop exciting integration and transformation collaborations.
• Supporting the implementation of transformation and improvement priorities – within and across services, networks and pathways.
• Undertaking unprecedented data quality and development steps to rectify and prevent common points of failure directly affecting patient care.
The role would suit either an applicant who is currently able to demonstrate experience with handling contracts and an understanding of the role Procurement plays in the Organisation, or an applicant able to demonstrate they possess the skills to deliver high quality, meticulous work and an ability to learn new skills effectively. Excellent MS Office skills are a must and experience using Contract Management databases is preferred. Through this post there will be opportunities to gain experience in a number of different areas of work.
You will have excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and can understand different perspectives and manage through situations outside of your control.
You will be a self-starter with exceptional drive and self-motivation, a team player, and have an ability to respond to changing demands and the high paced nature of the programme.
You will be adept at forming excellent working relationships with a range of clinicians, patients, academics and other stakeholder across Organisations and will need to work flexibly and adapt as the programme and Partnership priorities evolve.
