Summary
A family in London seeks a full-time nanny-housekeeper to look after their home and care for their precious baby. The nanny-housekeeper must be fluent in English, and Afrikaans would be a big bonus. The ideal candidate will have a lot of experience. Experience with babies is a must. The role includes all general nanny-housekeeping duties, and the family has two miniature dachshunds, so the candidate should be comfortable assisting with them, including taking them out in the morning and going for walks. A valid first-aid qualification is required for this position.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Can offer more for the right person.
Duties include:
Assisting with feeding, changing, and bathing the child.
Preparing bottles, meals, and snacks for the child.
Engaging the child in age-appropriate play and activities.
Keeping the child’s room and play area tidy.
Managing child-related laundry and ironing.
Taking the child on outings and ensuring their safety.
Tidying up after the child and cleaning bottles and toys.
Performing light housekeeping like vacuuming, dusting, and mopping.
Keeping the kitchen clean after meals.
Running errands and grocery shopping for the child’s supplies.
Assisting with family laundry and organising the child’s wardrobe.
