Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

Sidmouth College is seeking to appoint a highly motivated and flexible Premises Manager to start as soon as possible. You will be working in an extremely varied and rewarding role where you will be responsible for providing oversight of the maintenance, security, and health and safety of the College site (including grounds, buildings, facilities and equipment). You will manage the site team and allocation of work and duties to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the site.

If you have previous experience as a premises manager, or in managing a team within a building maintenance, security, or health & safety environment we would love to hear from you!
