Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Exam Invigilator to oversee examinations and ensure a fair and secure testing environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of the examination process while providing support to candidates. This position requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to upholding academic standards.

Duties

Supervise candidates during examinations to ensure compliance with established rules and regulations.
Distribute examination materials and provide clear instructions to candidates prior to the start of each test.
Monitor the testing environment for any irregularities or violations of examination protocols.
Assist candidates with queries regarding examination procedures while maintaining impartiality.
Collect and securely store completed examination papers at the end of each session.
Report any incidents or issues that arise during the examination process to the appropriate authorities.
Educate candidates on examination policies and procedures to foster understanding and compliance.
Skills

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly to candidates.
Attention to detail to ensure adherence to examination protocols and standards.
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, particularly in high-stress situations.
A commitment to fairness and integrity in all aspects of the examination process.
Previous experience in an educational or supervisory role is advantageous but not essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £95.00-£146.42 per day
