Summary
As part of this apprenticeship programme there is a requirement to undertake and successfully complete an end point assessment. The apprentice will develop a holistic approach to patient care along with knowledge, skills and competencies related to the role of Occupational Therapy while working within and supporting inpatient service delivery and through completion of the Occupational Therapy training programme. At the end of the programme, the Apprentice Occupational Therapist will be equipped with the knowledge, understanding, skills, attitudes and behaviours relevant to promotional employment as an Occupational Therapist within the UHCW Therapy department, working within the HCPC code of conduct and relevant local policies, procedures and guidelines.
