An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part time Centre Co-ordinator/Line Manager within the Trindlemoss Site to ensure the efficient and effective co-ordination and operation of building services and facilities throughout the site. This is a permanent building based 17.5-hour contract, working days are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday with the ability to be flexible and responsive to work that may be happening on site . The successful candidate will work back-to-back with the existing Centre Co-ordinator and share the line management responsibilities for admin staff and the gardener/handyperson. The post holder will work collaboratively with colleagues across the Partnership, North Ayrshire Council and NHS Ayrshire and Arran. They will ensure a high-quality administrative service is maintained and monitored, and evidence their experience of budgetary management and control responsibilities. A key part of this role is to ensure adequate Health & Safety systems and procedures are implemented and adhered to throughout the site.
