Summary
You will work autonomously with responsibility for your own portfolio of clinical research studies, with the support of senior staff. You willbe responsible for the recruitment of participants onto clinical trials via different routes in hospital and community settings. You will play a pivotal role in the delivery of complex research projects, in line with agreed timescales and plans; working with the Research Governance team to ensure that all appropriate approvals have been gained prior to research studies commencing. You will maintain effective communication between Trust clinical services, primary care and community organisations to ensure safe service delivery. You will evaluate research protocols and ensure that information about clinical trials is clearly and appropriately communicated to research participants. You will manage the research related aspect of care for participants of several research studies, which may cover different health specialties.
