Summary
IJB Property Developing is an independent Lincoln-based property developing company. We work along side agents and landlords on residential properties and private contracts/new builds. We are currently looking for a Painter & Decorator to work alongside a small team on various projects across the county.
Main Responsibilities
- Painting/decorating rooms, windows and doors
- Priming and undercoating
- Wallpapering
- External jobs i.e. painting fences, doors, gates, sheds, windows
- Assisting other trades
Required Experience/Skills
- Minimum 2 years of time served in the industry
- A Full UK Driving License
