We’re recruiting a pivotal new role in the transformation team to support our commitment to engage our people. You will deliver effective internal communications and engagement initiatives to support organisational change, ensuring all our staff have a voice and are able to access the information they want and need.

About you

You will have experience in a communications or engagement role and have exceptional interpersonal skills, being able to build effective relationships with all types of people. You can develop engaging and impactful content in a variety of formats, and you’ll have experience in delivering initiatives that enhance staff engagement. Being well organised and having strong digital skills will be advantageous in this role.

This is a permanent full-time role, Monday – Friday, and we’re happy to consider flexible working arrangements for the right candidate.
