We're looking for a sharp, commercially minded FP&A Manager to join our UK Finance team. You’ll play a central role in shaping how we plan, forecast, report and grow; supporting decision-making at the highest levels and driving financial clarity and informing strategy across the business.
Key Responsibilities
• Budgeting & Forecasting: lead the preparation and consolidation of annual budgets, periodic reforecasts, and scenario planning models.
• Business Integration Planning: work closely with cross-functional teams to plan, present, diligence and integrate newly acquired businesses and properties into our financial framework and reporting structure.
• Monthly Reporting & Analysis: redesign, refine and enhance monthly performance reports, delivering clear, insightful commentary for key stakeholders.
• Long-Term Financial Planning: Support strategic initiatives by developing and maintaining multi-year financial models and planning tools.
• Acquisition & Investment Modelling: Build robust financial models to assess M&A opportunities, business expansion, new markets, and strategic partnerships.
• Business Partnering: Work hand-in-hand with department heads and regional leads to align financial insight with operational goals.
Key Skills & Capabilities
• ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
• Proven experience of roles in FP&A, commercial finance, or corporate strategy
• Very advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
• Experience with business integration or M&A
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate numbers into narrative
• Confident communicator with the capacity to challenge and influence
