In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between our services and clients, ensuring effective communication and cultural understanding. **Main Duties and Responsibilities:** - Provide legal advice and engage with clients, ensuring their rights and interests are protected. - Conduct legal research and draft comprehensive legal documents. - Assist clients in navigating the legal system, explaining procedures and potential outcomes in a clear and empathetic manner. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their cultural backgrounds to tailor services effectively. - Collaborate with other legal professionals and stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to client care. - Stay updated on relevant legislation, regulations, and best practices in the legal field. - Participate in community outreach programs to raise awareness of legal rights and available services. **Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Needed:** - A law degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution. - ⁠Applicants are preferably required to have completed a Bar Training Course or SQE and possess at least six months of experience in litigation. - Proven experience in the legal sector, particularly in litigation . - Bilingual proficiency in Urdu and Punjabi, with a strong command of English. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. - Proficiency in computer literacy, including experience with legal research tools and document management systems. - Understanding of the needs and challenges faced by the communities we serve. **Why Join Us?** We are committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment.
