Summary

Excellent rates of pay with £14.00 to £14.50 Per hour, with weekly pay days + holidays + pension! This equates to a rolled up hourly rate of £16.16 - £16.74! ALCEDO WELCOME BONUS of £250 after passing 3 month probation.

We're looking for experienced Clinical Complex Care Specialists to provide high-quality care to our clients in the Wirral area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administering medication via gastrostomy
• Emotional support & Companionship
• Manual Handling
• Clinical needs being met.
• Other care duties as required

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Full uk driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
• Minimum 8 months complex care experience with young individuals.
• People with a keen eye for attention to detail
• Experience in stressful/ heightened situations and an ability to remain calm and composed.
• Epilepsy experience.
• Experience with Dystonia.
• Experience with individuals with a physical disability.

Skills and Qualities Required:

• Must be 18 or over
• Dedicated, caring, punctual, and driven with a positive attitude
• Reliable, trustworthy, and punctual
• The right to work in the UK
• Experience of lone working
• Highly empathetic with excellent motivational skills
• Available to work every other weekend when required
