Summary
Job Summary
We are looking for a Conveyancing Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer to undertake all aspects of Residential and / or Commercial Conveyancing, based in Rhyl.
Job Type :
Full-time, Monday to Friday.
Salary :
£34,000.00 to £37,000.00
Main role to include :
• To undertake fee earning work and provide a profitable contribution to the department
• Engage with new enquiries face to face as well as via email and telephone
• Manage a caseload of property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
• Ensure that all client work is dealt with efficiently with high standards of client care at all times
• Comply with SRA regulations
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with clients and introducers
• Supervise secretarial support and other immediate support staff as allocated resources
• Support other fee earners and their caseloads as reasonably required
Required experience / skills :
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritise effectively and meet deadlines
• Ability to work on you own initiative and make decisions
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to communicate well orally and in writing
• Efficient and well organised, with meticulous attention to detail
• Proficient IT skills
Qualifications and Experience :
• Must have at least 2 years or more PQE experience managing your own case-load
• Experience of all aspects of residential conveyancing
• Experience of commercial conveyancing desirable
