Summary
We have an opportunity for a Team Leader to support our Holiday Cottage Team at Blickling.
Duration: Permanent
Hours: 12 hours per week. Flexible working days where possible to meet the changeover needs.
Salary: £7,956 per annum / £12.75 per hour
Internally you will be known as 'Holidays Operation Team Leader'

What you'll be doing
The role of Team Leader is a vital position in the running of our Holiday Cottages. Your role will be to ensure that cleaning and standards are maintained to the highest level at all times.
Checking and assisting Cottages at each changeover you'll induct new staff and support the team to ensure cover for changeovers, achieving very high standards of cleanliness, presentation; co-ordination of routine maintenance and repairs.
You'll carry out weekly and monthly Health and Safety Checks. You'll be familiar with working to risk assessments, COSHH procedures, accident reporting, and fire safety and have some experience using Microsoft.
