Summary


A permanent position has opened up in our ER Case Management team for a candidate who can provide professional ER advice and support on Employee Relations cases to line managers and other individuals within the Locality and the wider Trust area as required. The successful candidate will also be required to contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and NHS initiatives.



You will participate/assist in research, development and delivery of in-house training on ER Policies as well as providing coaching and mentoring to managers as they progress through ER case work. In addition, the post holder will undertake developmental project work, both with devolved responsibility and in supporting other team members.

You'll have the opportunity to work in one of the most diverse regions in the country, with the vibrant capital city just a stone's throw away and the invigorating North Sea coast to the east.
