Summary

We are looking for someone with knowledge and experience of Special Educational Needs (SEN) to work alongside SENDIASS officers in the Gateshead SENDIASS Team. The role is as a children and young people's worker and supporting young people to give their views of their educational experience and voice their views, as part of their SEN support plan or Education Health Care Plan. The role also involves giving advice and information to the parents of children and young people with SEN and supporting parents at meetings in school. Good IT skills is essential.
