Levy UK is the official catering partner to Chelsea Football Club responsible for the catering across the Chelsea Football Club estate, including Stamford Bridge stadium, Chelsea FC’s training facility in Cobham and Kingsmeadow Women’s stadium in Kingston.
Levy UK at Chelsea Football Club cater for an estimated 1.15 million fans annually; delivering catering across 43 public outlets, 58 boxes and 20 suites on match-days. There are over 1,000 corporate and private events are held at Stamford Bridge each year along with a growing, forward-thinking collection of catering solutions across the rest of the business.

Now, we’re looking for a Retail Head Chef to take the lead across our dynamic retail kitchens — someone who thrives under pressure, leads from the front, and knows how to deliver exceptional food at scale.

What you’ll be responsible for.
- Lead a high-performing brigade of 4 across multiple retail kitchens on matchdays and event days
- Drive food quality, speed, and consistency under pressure — no two events are the same
- Develop exciting, crowd-pleasing menus with a street food edge and stadium vibe
- Train, mentor and energise kitchen teams to deliver Levy magic with every dish
- Work closely with operations and culinary teams to hit targets without compromising flavour
- Champion health, safety and food hygiene standards — always
What we’re looking for.
- A passionate, people-focused Head Chef (or ambitious Sous Chef ready for the step up)
- Proven experience running high-volume, fast-paced kitchens — ideally in events, stadiums, or large-scale hospitality
- Creative flair and commercial savvy — you know what sells, and how to deliver it fast
- Strong leadership and team-building skills — cool under pressure, calm in the chaos
- A hands-on approach — this is a role where you lead from the line, not the office
- Demonstrates a strong commitment to sustainable kitchen practices, including sourcing local and seasonal ingredients, reducing food waste, promoting low-carbon menus, and actively supporting Levy UK’s Net Zero 2027 goals.
