Summary
Job Title: Quality Analyst:
Job Description:
Responsible for inspecting and/or testing products before, during, and after the manufacturing process to ensure that products align with company and legal standards, For ice cream and asian food product manufacture.
Conduct regular inspections and tests on food products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Analyse test results and prepare detailed reports documenting findings and recommendations.
Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
Maintain accurate records of quality control activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Assist in developing and implementing quality assurance protocols and procedures.
Participate in internal and external audits to verify adherence to food safety and quality standards.
Provide training and guidance to staff on food safety practices and quality control measures.
Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure continuous improvement in quality assurance processes.
Job Skill and qualification:
Graduation with Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene, Level 2 HACCP and Food allergy and intolerance training
