Summary

We are a UK-based recruitment agency headquartered in London, specialising in sourcing skilled and unskilled workers for various industries across Europe And South Africa. We have our parent Company Registered in Estonia ( CARE2 TRAINING RECRUITMENT OÜ ) and in Bulgaria as well.

As a Business Development Manager, your primary objective is to drive business growth by identifying and capitalising on new opportunities. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Our goal is to collaborate with local businesses in Austria and other European countries, identifying opportunities to supply workers and support their staffing needs.
We are also open investigating in a potential business.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Executive to spearhead our expansion efforts in Austria and other neighbouring countries. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the Austrian market. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and build relationships with companies in Austria that require recruitment support.

Responsibilities:

* Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries in Austria that require recruitment services.

* Establish and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, understanding their staffing needs and offering tailored recruitment solutions.

* Develop and implement business development strategies to drive the growth of our operations in Austria.

* Liaise with the UK headquarters to align business objectives and ensure smooth communication between teams.

* Negotiate contracts and agreements with prospective clients to secure partnerships.

* Provide regular updates and reports on market trends, challenges, and opportunities in Austria.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the recruitment or staffing industry.

* Strong knowledge of the Austria business landscape and labour market.

* Ability to work independently and take initiative in identifying and pursuing business opportunities.

* Knowledge of local labour laws and regulations is a plus.
