Summary
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated, proactive and forward thinking GP, committed to provide high standards of holistic clinical care and professional conduct to our patients population. The right candidate needs to be able to work effectively within a collaborative and integrated MDT environment and will contribute to the daily patients care including acute and chronic disease management with a view to promote care planning and proactive patient management initiatives. There is scope to work a hybrid role combining remote and face to face working.
