Elm Road Class Teacher Vacancy September 2025
Elm Road Primary School is seeking to appoint a passionate and dedicated teacher to join our team from September 2025. We welcome applications for full-time, part-time, and flexible working arrangements.

We take pride in nurturing our entire school community, including pupils, staff, and families. Our Ofsted inspection in July 2024 rated us 'Good', commending our teaching, curriculum, and behaviour. Teaching opportunities at Elm Road are rare, as our dedicated staff tend to stay with us long-term—but we are now looking for the right person to join our team as we embark on the next exciting chapter of our journey.
We are looking for someone with:
• The ability to build strong relationships with our children, staff and families;
• High expectations of themselves and the children they work with;
• A good understanding of the expectations and demands of Key Stage One;
• Knowledge of phonics and how to teach early reading;
• A positive approach to their work who will contribute widely to our dedicated team;
• A reflective practitioner eager to enhance their practice through coaching and continued professional development
