Summary
Title: HGV Driver / LGV Cat C+E (Class 1) Driver The Best Connection are seeking to recruit HGV Class 1 (LGV C+E) Drivers to work with their client in Newton Aycliffe. Our client is logistics and transportation company based in the UK, specializing in providing a range of supply chain solutions. They have a requirement for a drivers to support them on an ad hoc basis with ongoing work available.
The role: Requires driving HGV up to 44t MAM, usually articulated but also free-standing trailers. Deliver large goods/packages to various destinations. Complete pre and post op inspection of vehicle. You may also be required to load and unload goods/products into your vehicle. The candidate: Valid and in date HGV Class 1 (LGV C+E) licence, CPC & Digi Card Minimum age 21 Maxiumum points 6 2 years commercial driving experience.
