GI Group are now seeking to appoint a Senior Project Manager to our client based in London. Our client are a charity responsible for caring for some of the most famous parks in the world and their associated assets.

The Senior Project Manager will seek to conserve, maintain and enhance the built environment within a parkland. They will manage small to medium sized maintenance related projects, of cyclical nature and also separate projects designed to protect or improve the landscape, as well as lead a multiple-disciplinary professional team.

Main Duties of the Senior Project Manager:
* Deliver on a range of public-facing projects from inception to completion
* Management and oversight of maintenance related projects
* Line management of a multi-disciplinary team
* Budgetary responsibility for maintenance projects
* Responsibility for the procurement and administration of the Builders Framework

Role Requirements:
* Prince 2 Foundation qualification or relevant experience
* Extensive experience managing a diverse range of projects
* Experience of leading a team
* Experience of managing contractors and ensuring that work is completed within agreed standards
* Strong report-writing and analytical skills
