Massage Therapist – Full-Time (or Part-Time) Position at Woodlands Glencoe

Our Story:
Woodlands Glencoe is a family business that leads the way when it comes to providing amazing and truly unforgettable experiences – whether it's in our luxury lodges, on the golf course, or through unique activities and wellness offerings. We’re built on family values, positivity, and good old-fashioned hard work.

We have big ambitions and are growing fast – so if you share our belief that the right mindset and work ethic can get you anywhere, then we’d love to hear from you!

About the Role:
We are now excited to expand our guest offering with massage and wellness treatments and are looking for a passionate, experienced Massage Therapist to deliver truly exceptional client care.

Based in our Studio treatment space, you will play a vital role in enhancing each guest’s experience – helping them relax, unwind, and leave feeling amazing. You’ll deliver a range of massage therapies, tailored to the individual needs of each guest, with a holistic and healing approach.

No two days are the same – and you’ll thrive in a role where warmth, professionalism, and adaptability are key. In addition to hands-on therapy, you will also:

  • Welcome and look after guests arriving for treatment.
  • Manage appointment scheduling through our online booking/reservation system to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Maintain impeccable hygiene and presentation standards in the treatment room and shared Wellness areas.
  • Answer guest questions and queries (in person, by phone or email) in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Support the wider guest experience by offering recommendations and promoting other areas of our business when appropriate.
  • Contribute to administrative tasks such as responding to guest feedback and working with the wider team to ensure a seamless experience.
  • You’ll be joining a close-knit team who care deeply about our guests and the quality of service we deliver. Things can be busy, so it’s important that you’re comfortable working in a fast-paced and energetic environment — while keeping your calm, centred presence at all times.

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience in a range of massage techniques (e.g. Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, remedial).
  • A holistic and person-centred approach to therapy.
  • Relevant qualifications and insurance.
  • A natural, warm and professional manner with excellent communication skills.
  • Great organisational and time management skills.
  • The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A flexible, “can do” attitude with a genuine passion for making people feel good.

    Perks & Pay:
Full training and support in our systems and settings.
Remuneration from £14 - £17ph, depending on experience.
    28 days paid holiday.
Staff accommodation available for the right candidate.
The opportunity to work in a truly beautiful, tranquil part of the world, surrounded by nature.

This is a full-time, year-round role, where we have flexible shifts but we’re open to part-time options – just let us know in your application. We would also consider training for those of you wanting to enter the world of wellness and wish to learn.

Thank you for considering joining our team. We look forward to hearing from you!
