**Role Summary**
----------------------------------------------------

The Commercial Sales Manager will drive business development across the ecommerce and fulfilment sector by using proven sales strategies, tools, and relationship-building techniques. This individual will be responsible for generating profitable business opportunities, delivering high-quality solutions to customers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process before transitioning clients to account management.


**Key Responsibilities**

* Drive business growth by promoting ecommerce, fulfilment, and express delivery solutions.


* Generate and nurture a pipeline of leads, converting them into long-term customers.


* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer and supplier relationships.


* Understand the customers business and uncover opportunities for tailored service offerings.


* Present, negotiate, and close high-quality deals with prospective clients.


* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and service delivery.


* Identify and act on cross-functional sales opportunities.


* Support marketing campaigns with aligned sales efforts.


* Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management.


* Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging customer needs.




**Preferred Skills & Experience**

* Proven track record in B2B/B2C ecommerce and fulfilment sales.


* Minimum 5 years experience within ecommerce, fulfilment, or express delivery sectors.


* Demonstrated success in generating new business and increasing market share.


* Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the ecommerce landscape.


* Experience working in fast-paced, growth-focused environments.
