Summary
Provide treatment to a caseload of complex cases depending on role within the team. Ensure that appropriate systems are in place and in accordance with local policy Facilitate the effective assessment, diagnosing, care planning, prescribing and review of children and young people referred to the specialist CAMHS service. Link regularly with other agencies to facilitate effective communication between NMP clinics and the MDT Teams to ensure a quality service is maintained To be supportive of the multi-professional team and encourage effective team working, implementing and maintaining high professional standards within and outside the team Responsible for the supervision and appraisal of staff members of the team
