Job Description:
Our client is looking for a Nursing Home Nurse to join a wonderful nursing home in Dorchester.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing, planning, and implementing individualized care plans for residents
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitoring and recording patient progress and changes
- Assisting with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and mobility
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Adhering to all safety and infection control protocols
- Providing emotional support and companionship to residents
Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration
- Strong clinical and assessment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Previous experience in a nursing home or similar setting preferred
