Summary

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a care home setting.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and assess residents' health and well-being, documenting any changes and responding appropriately.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to create and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of care provided.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid RGN/RMN qualification and registration with the NMC.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to perform nursing duties with precision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a care home or similar healthcare setting preferred.
