About the Role

As a Sales Executive at Talent.AI, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to transform recruitment processes through intelligent technology. You'll introduce our AI-powered platform to businesses of all sizes, demonstrating how our solution streamlines job advertising, candidate screening, and hiring workflows.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Identifying and engaging with potential clients who could benefit from our recruitment technology

- Delivering compelling online demonstrations that showcase our platform's capabilities

- Building and nurturing relationships with prospects throughout the sales cycle

- Understanding client challenges and tailoring our solutions to their specific needs

- Meeting and exceeding sales targets while maintaining exceptional service standards

- Collaborating with our product and development teams to provide market feedback

Requirements

To excel in this role, you'll need:

- Previous sales or account management experience with a proven track record of meeting targets

- Excellent online demonstration and presentation skills that engage and inspire

- A solid understanding of AI and its applications in business (you don't need to be technical, but should be comfortable explaining technology concepts)

- Experience using CRM systems to manage sales pipelines effectively

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- A consultative approach to sales, focusing on client needs and solutions

- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently while contributing to team goals

- A passion for technology and its potential to transform business processes
