Summary
Personal Assistant-Morecambe
An exciting opportunity has arisen for Personal Assistant to assist and support a 14 year old boy who has diagnoses for ADHD, Autism and Auditory Processing Disorder to access the local and wider community.
As a Personal Assistant your duties will include supporting with social activities especially outside of the home.
We are looking for a caring, proactive, and motivated individual with a passion for supporting individuals with additional needs. Previous experience is desirable but not essential. An individual with a positive attitude and passion for supporting a young man with complex additional needs to navigate in society, and gaining the experience while doing so, is also welcome to apply.
A full clean driving licence and access to a car is desirable but not essential as the young person is happy to access public and other forms of transport as required.
This is a part time position to cover 5 hours each per week with an hourly rate of £16.50 plus 5.6 weeks paid annual leave and workplace pension scheme.
