Summary
The candidate must be experienced with respiratory knowledge and management of patients with asthma and COPD. ARTP certificate of competence desirable but further training would be available. In addition we are looking for experience inDiabetes management including initiation of GLP1 and Insulin. A qualification as a nurse prescriber would be an advantage. Competent to maintain responsibility for patients with long-term conditions delivering evidence-based practice in conjunction with QOF targets. Self-directed and ability to work autonomously whilst liaising with other members of the practice and multi-disciplinary team.
