Fire and Electrical Planner

Hindle House, Banbury with a balance of home and office working

£29,794
- £31,362 per year
40 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 17:00pm

We have an opportunity for a Fire and Electrical Planner to join our Fire and Security Operations Support team based at Hindle House, Banbury. You will be joining a team of 12 other team members including fellow Planners and some Administration roles.

The role of Fire and Electrical Planner will include:

- Planning of FRAs, and fire and electrical maintenance activities as part of a team
- Delivering high quality and consistent services in relation to the resolution of queries and complaints
- Managing relationships with internal and external customers
- Maintaining effective filing systems, database records and processes that enable the accurate recording and timely provision of information


Skills and experiences:

- Proven experience of planning and/or scheduling in previous role
- Working knowledge of relevant regulations, legislation and good practice
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a team
- Experience of using multiple systems and processes to effectively schedule a field workforce
- Ability to multi task and balance conflicting priorities
- Proficient user of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
