As a Team Leader in the Colchester area, you'll earn up to £18.35 per hour (inc holiday pay).

You will lead a team supporting adults with autism and Learning Disabilities enabling them to maximise their potential and develop life skills across multiple activities. You and the team will provide daily support, personal care, medication administration and ensuring service users always receive person-centred care.

This role will suit an applicant with prior experience supporting people with Autism and intensive behavioural support and of working within a supervisory role whilst leading a team.

What We’re Looking For:

    • Experience: 2 years of UK caregiving experience within the past 3 years

    • Experience: 6+ months of UK caregiving experience within the past 3 years in a Senior HCA role

    • Eligibility: Right to work in the UK

    • Qualification: NVQ3 qualification or SVQ3 qualification required for this role

    • Registration: If applying in Scotland, Wales, or Northern Ireland, you’ll need the relevant SSSC, SCW, or NISCC registration (not required in England)

    • Skills: Knowledge of care equipment and safe handling techniques

    • Qualities: Teamwork, flexibility, professionalism, and a compassionate approach
    • Driving: It is highly desirable that you hold a full UK clean driving licence.
