Description

As a Business Support Assistant, you will engage in various activities ranging from managing correspondence, coordinating schedules, to organizing office records and files. You will work closely with management and staff, assisting with the planning and execution of projects while helping to maintain a productive work environment. Your ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and communicate clearly will be vital to ensuring that our team meets its objectives and deadlines. Moreover, you will play an important role in the creation and maintenance of documentation and reports, utilizing your strong analytical skills to provide insights that support informed decision-making. Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support to the team and management.
Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members.
Prepare and process documentation, reports, and presentations as required.
Maintain filing systems and ensure accuracy and accessibility of information.
Assist in tracking project milestones and delivering project updates to stakeholders.
Coordinate logistics for meetings, including venue bookings and material preparations.
Respond to inquiries and provide information to clients and staff in a professional manner.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in business administration are a plus.
Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a business environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Hours Per Week: 35.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:30
Pay Per Hour: £12.45
