Days and Hours of Work:

To start 11 August 2025.

Law Primary School is situated in the beautiful coastal town of North Berwick. It is the town's only primary school and pupils benefit from excellent community links and extra curricular opportunities. Recent extensive building work has afforded the school an additional sports hall and two libraries as well as 18 new classrooms, which house the P4-7 year stages. The P1 and P2 area has been refurbished. The school grounds offer a variety of environments to foster learning outdoors. The current school roll nursery to P7 is 793.

The school has a non class-committed Head Teacher and 3 Depute Head Teachers. We have a support for learning team, which includes one teacher, additional support needs auxiliaries and classroom assistants. Specialist teachers offer children expertise in music, art and PE. The school is situated next to North Berwick High School, with whom we have very good links and a new purpose built Early Learning centre is now open.

We have a very supportive Parent Council and will work closely in partnership with the Project Play group to enhance our outdoor learning offer.

Our Vision is to be an inclusive, ambitious, learning community where everyone has the opportunity to reach their potential. Our values are Kindness, Determination, Respect.
