We are seeking dedicated and reliable Bakery Operatives to join our production team. This role involves working within a well-established team to operate pie making machinery and ensure high-quality production standards.
No previous experience is needed - just a great attitude and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and handling pastry dough
- Flattening dough and adding fillings
- Operating pie-making machines
- Ensuring production quality and efficiency
- Packaging finished products
To be successful in this role you should have the following:
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and follow food production processes
- Reliability and commitment to scheduled shifts
Permanent contract are available!
This role will be around 2 days a week with shifts lasting 8 hours.
The hourly wage for this role is £12.21.
This role would be £14.77 an hour through a credited Umbrella Scheme.
