Summary
Equans is looking for a Caretaker to join our team working in Halewood Academy, Knowsley, L26 1UU. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £25,000 - £26,000 per annum depending on skills and experience and benefits package.
Shift times
Rota basis
0630 - 1400 30 mins dinner
1330 - 2100 30 mins dinner -
Weekends expected as part of a rota
For this role you must undergo an Enhanced DBS clearance therefore ability to pass is essential.
What will you deliver?
The role covers all aspects of general site management including, planned and reactive building maintenance, porterage, security, reception and being a key link between Equans and the school.

Who are we looking for?
* Experience required in a trade or similar role preferred but not essential.
* H&S experience in terms of manual handling and working at height preferred but not essential.
* To have excellent customer service skills.
* To understand COSHH guidelines and colour coding.
* Proficient in use of e-mail and basic IT knowledge
* Enhanced DBS certification required (will be applied for upon commencement of the role)
