Housekeeping and cleanliness in our hotels are pivotal, as it provides our guests with a clean, tidy, and safe environment and gives out guests the WOW factor. YOU as one of our housekeeping managers, will set the bar in housekeeping management

YOUR department plays an important part in the success of our hotels, YOU will lead, assist, and inspire your dedicated team of housekeepers in making sure all the hotel’s rooms, public areas, conference rooms, lounges, and bars are of a high standard of cleanliness.

This role will be about developing your team to continue delivering exceptional standards at the hotel. Identifying areas to improve and providing in-the-moment feedback, creating a passionate and motivating culture within the team.

Ideal Candidate

  • YOU will have a proven track record in leading a successful housekeeping department within a busy hotel environment
  • YOU will be passionate about cleanliness and delivering exceptional levels of service
  • Ability to produce and analyse reports to drive the performance of the department
  • Highly motivated and proactive; acting with professionalism and positivity in all interactions
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to develop and deliver effective training to maintain consistent service standards

Set within 17 acres of beautiful grounds, the hotel offers 95 bedrooms, including family suites. It serves as a stunning wedding venue for up to 400 guests and features five meeting rooms with a capacity for up to 400 delegates, along with a fully equipped fitness suite.

For a truly grand entrance, the hotel even has its own helipad for helicopter access.
