Salary/Benefits
• The salary for the position is £30,500 per annum.
• 28 Days holiday.
• Mileage paid for Club business.
• Two consecutive days off.
• Training and development.
About the Role of Bar Manager
The Bar Manager is responsible for providing high-quality service to club members and their guests in collaboration with the club committee, driving and innovating change in the club’s offering and managing day-to-day operations including:
• Working behind the bar, serving the members.
• Staff training, supervision and line management.
• Ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Maintaining the club's facilities and equipment.
• Stock selection and cellar management.
• Negotiating with suppliers.
Essential Skills:
• Experience of running a bar.
• Computer literacy including excel and word.
• Drivers licence.
• Willingness to work in a collaborative fashion.
Bar Manager Hours of Work
The role requires circa 42 hours per week, including evenings and weekends with a degree of flexibility to meet the club's needs.
