Summary
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with Client Disputes
*Support the manager in handling disputes between the company and domestic clients or partners.
Collect, organize, and review relevant documentation such as agreements, communication records, and invoices.
*Help draft responses and track progress of ongoing cases.
2. Contract & Document Review
*Review and organize contracts, service agreements, and related documents to check for completeness and basic compliance.
*Assist in document version control, updates, and proper filing.
3. Compliance Support
*Help ensure that the company’s operations follow Chinese business laws and internal policies.
*Identify areas where clarification or updates may be needed in standard procedures.
4. Customs Document Preparation
*Assist with preparing and reviewing paperwork for import/export purposes, ensuring everything is accurate and submitted on time.
5. Risk Monitoring
*Help flag potential legal risks or recurring client issues and escalate to the manager as needed.
*Participate in internal reviews or process updates to reduce future legal exposure.
6. Cross-Department Support
*Work closely with other teams (Sales, Operations, Customer Service) to provide legal-related input or help resolve internal policy issues.
*Assist with internal communications and ensure documentation is aligned across departments.
7. External Coordination
*Help communicate with external partners such as legal advisors, clients, and regulatory agencies.
*Assist in meeting preparation, correspondence, and follow-up actions.
Requirements:
*Bachelor's degree or above in Law, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
*Above 2 years of experience handling legal/business disputes and internal staff relations.
*Strong attention to detail, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
*Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English.
*Experience working in a cross-functional team environment is preferred.
*Familiarity with business documents, contract terms, and basic dispute handling.
