Are you an experienced care leader looking for a role that combines creativity, outdoor activities, and therapeutic support?
This provider is hiring a Care Manager to lead their specialist service for children, young people, and adults with Autism, ADHD, Learning Disabilities, and Emotional or Behavioural Needs.
You’ll be based at our purpose-built site in Chester, featuring modern lodges set in open green space—perfect for sensory engagement and nature-based care. They are looking for someone with strong leadership skills, a passion for person-centred support, and a love for working in the outdoors.

Your Role:
• Lead a fun, inclusive, and therapeutic care setting
• Oversee daily operations across five residential lodges
• Support a team of activity-focused care staff
• Ensure high standards in safeguarding, care planning, and positive behaviour support
• Build trusted relationships with families, professionals, and external agencies
• Create a positive, creative, and person-centred culture
About You:
• Experience as a Manager or Deputy Manager in a care setting (children or young adults)
• Background in activity-based or outdoor therapeutic care
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management – Residential Childcare (or working towards)
• Passion for outdoor learning, creativity, and child development
• Strong leadership and communication skills
