Contract Type: 12 months FTC Maternity cover
Hours of work: Full time 4 day week

**A majority of this will be working at the office with some home working once completed training**

On a daily basis, you’ll be taking queries from our tenants, whether face to face or via telephone ranging from booking repairs, talking through rent and taking rent payments as well as dealing with housing related matters.

For this role, you’ll need to have great customer service experience and a wealth of knowledge of customer service and the standards required to make the role a success. We are looking for great communicators to deliver information in a clear way that our tenants can understand. You’ll deliver a service to meet the individual needs of all tenants and visitors and wherever possible resolving enquiries at first point of contact, whether by telephone, e-mail or in person.
You’ll need to be proactive with the ability to forward plan and have excellent problem-solving skills to deal with complex issues. We want someone who can contribute positively to the team and commit to delivering excellent service provision. You’ll need to be someone who can demonstrate experience of promoting and delivering continuous service improvement.
