Summary

Onsite support analyst - Woburn - £32,000-£35,000 DOE

I'm seeking an experienced Onsite support analyst for a leading IT Service provider based in the Bedfordshire area. They are looking for someone with a good technical background across Infrastructure and Networking, supporting one client in the area. You will work on one client site, with some travel to multiple offices, ensuring that IT problems are either resolved or escalated within the agreed SLAs.

The successful Onsite support analyst will have experience in some of the following:

  • Knowledge of WAN Technologies
  • Some experience with VMware/Hyper-V
  • Skills with Windows and Exchange Server
  • Good skills in Active Directory, MFA, Endpoint Manager, M365, SharePoint etc
  • MSP exprience is essential
